Psychometric tests – a guide for disabled students

The Disability Task Group have a new resource: Psychometric tests – a guide for disabled students.

You can download it here (no log in of any type is needed).

I hope you will find the resource useful. Feel free to share it with colleagues and with disabled students & graduates.

The motivation for the resource comes from supporting disabled applicants in the recruitment process. There were many instances when I saw that psychometric tests were a barrier, not due to the candidate’s lack of ability, but because of the way the tests are presented and communicated. The resource includes the tips I have picked up along the way as well as information on the challenges facing disabled applicants, some adjustments that might be possible, and guidance on situational judgement tests.

    1. Hi Melanie Wortham, I can send you the download direct as a work around if that works? I don’t have access to change log in, but hope this helps in the interim.
